Powered Metrics, LLC (“Powered Metrics,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to protecting the privacy and confidentiality of information entrusted to us. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, and safeguard information submitted through this website and related communications. By using this website or submitting information to us, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy.
We collect professional and business information that you voluntarily provide, including your name, company, email address, telephone number, and any project details submitted through our contact forms or in the course of direct communication with us.
We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information, and we do not request financial account numbers, payment credentials, or government identifiers through this website.
Information provided to Powered Metrics is used solely for legitimate business purposes, including responding to inquiries, evaluating prospective engagements, delivering professional services, and managing client relationships.
We do not sell, rent, lease, or otherwise disclose your information to third parties for their own marketing purposes under any circumstances.
In the course of providing services to our business clients, Powered Metrics accesses and processes data through third-party platforms, including the Meta technologies (Facebook, Instagram, and the Meta Marketing API), on behalf of and with the explicit authorization of those clients. This data may include advertising-account information, campaign and ad performance metrics, audience and conversion insights, and related analytics (“Platform Data”).
We access Platform Data only after a client grants us authorized access to their own accounts, and we use it solely to perform services for that client — such as measuring return on ad spend, optimizing campaigns, and reporting performance. We do not sell Platform Data, and we do not use it for our own advertising or for any purpose unrelated to the services we provide to the authorizing client.
Platform Data is stored within secure, access-controlled cloud infrastructure, isolated per client. Our access to and use of information received through the Meta platform adheres to the Meta Platform Terms and Developer Policies. Where a client is the owner or controller of the underlying data, that client’s own privacy practices also apply, and individuals may direct requests to that client.
We maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.
Information is stored within secured, encrypted infrastructure, and access is restricted to personnel who require it for legitimate business purposes. While we take meaningful measures to protect your information, no method of transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be entirely secure.
We may engage trusted third-party providers to support our operations, including analytics, hosting, communications, and infrastructure services. These providers are selected for their security and reliability and are authorized to process information only as necessary to perform services on our behalf.
Such providers are obligated to safeguard information in a manner consistent with the protections described in this policy.
This website may use cookies and analytics technologies to understand how visitors interact with our content and to improve the performance and usability of the site. These tools may collect limited technical information, such as IP address, device type, and pages visited.
You may disable cookies through your browser settings. Doing so will not prevent you from accessing the website, though certain features may function differently.
You may request that Powered Metrics delete personal information we hold about you, including any data we obtained through the Meta platform or other connected services. To make a request, email jacob.vincent@poweredmetrics.com with the subject line “Data Deletion Request” and a description of the information you would like removed. If you contacted us from a particular email address or account, please send your request from or reference that address so we can locate your records.
We will verify and process valid requests within thirty (30) days, and will confirm once the deletion is complete, except where we are required to retain information by law or for a limited period in routine backups.
Where the information relates to advertising or other data we process on behalf of a business client (for example, data accessed through that client’s Meta ad account), that client is the controller of the information. In those cases we will either delete the data at the client’s direction or refer your request to the client, and we will coordinate to ensure it is honored.
You may request that we update or delete the information you have provided, or that we discontinue further communication with you, by contacting us using the details below. We will respond to reasonable requests in accordance with applicable law.
We reserve the right to update or revise this Privacy Policy at any time. Any changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the website following any revision constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
